Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about sizing, shipping and returns.
How long does shipping take?
+
Delivery time depends on where you are. As soon as your order ships you'll get a tracking link by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.
How do I choose my size?
+
Lay a pair of jeans that fits you well flat and measure the waist, hips and inseam, then compare them to the size chart on the product page. If you are between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit.
Is the lace see through?
+
Yes. The side panels are sheer mesh with black floral embroidery, so a little skin shows through. That is the whole look.
How do I care for my jeans?
+
Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. A laundry bag helps protect the lace. Hang to dry and never iron the lace panels.
What payment methods do you accept?
+
All major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout is fully secure.
What is your return policy?
+
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. Items should be unworn with tags attached. See our returns policy for full details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
+
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
How do I contact you?
+
Send us a message through the contact page and our team will get back to you.
